1. Beta Status
Beta features are experimental and may change, break, disappear, reset, delay, or operate with limited support. Access does not guarantee permanent availability or commercial readiness.
2. Confidentiality
Beta authors may not disclose non-public features, screenshots, pricing, systems, moderation rules, bugs, business plans, prompts, or workflows until public release or written permission.
3. No Competitive Misuse
Beta access may not be used to copy, reverse engineer, clone, benchmark, scrape, or help another service reproduce ShortBooks, its workflows, tooling, prompts, layouts, or business processes.
4. Feedback
ShortBooks may use feedback, suggestions, bug reports, comments, and ideas without compensation, attribution, approval, or restriction.
5. Monetization
Beta sales, subscriptions, payout tools, Stripe Connect onboarding, earnings reports, premium features, AI tools, renders, and reports may be limited, reversed, corrected, delayed, disabled, or unavailable.
6. AI, Comic, Voice, and Short Tools
Beta creator tools may produce unexpected, incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or unusable results. Authors must review and edit outputs before submission or publication.
7. Testing Integrity
Authors must not exploit bugs, fake purchases, manipulate reviews or analytics, bypass payment controls, or test in a way that harms other users or platform data.
8. Termination
ShortBooks may revoke beta access at any time, with or without cause, especially for risk, misuse, policy violations, legal concerns, or platform integrity.
