1. Beta Status
Beta reader access is experimental and may include bugs, incomplete features, changing content availability, pricing tests, access corrections, and limited support.
2. Confidentiality
Beta readers may not disclose non-public features, screenshots, pricing, content access rules, bugs, or workflows until public release or written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
Readers may not abuse access, share accounts, scrape content, bypass payment controls, harass users, exploit bugs, manipulate reports, or misuse beta information.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Beta purchases and subscriptions may be limited, corrected, refunded, reversed, or changed for testing, fraud prevention, payment errors, compliance, content issues, or platform integrity.
5. Feedback
ShortBooks may use feedback, reports, suggestions, and bug submissions without compensation, attribution, approval, or restriction.
6. Reader Content and Activity
Saved books, progress, favorites, support tickets, analytics, and activity may be logged to test and improve the platform, subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
ShortBooks may revoke beta access at any time, especially for abuse, fraud, legal risk, payment issues, policy violations, or platform integrity.
